I took my laptop in for service and was met with a kind and very helpful person Dave. He was not pushy in trying to sell me anything he was more concerned with my needs and that is what I call customer service!!!! I would recommend this shop to anyone in need of PC repair!!! I am defiantly going back for my other PC concerns and issues!!!!
